The final result of the FOCUS project is a training curriculum that was piloted in the 4 partner countries – Austria, Denmark, Italy, and Romania. Managers, HR specialists, and representatives of employees from social organizations learned about the essential future skills and understood how to attract, motivate and develop professionals who are ready for future challenges (a total of 85 participants).
