How do we use your information?
The FOCUS project aims to increase the number of organizations in the social sector capable of planning and conducting on-the-job training courses for professionals in the sector. In the alternative, we collect data from subjects who access our website in order to be aware of our activity.
When you use our website to register for the project and to view the information we publish in this online environment, a number of cookies (more information can be found here) are used by us (first party cookies) and by third parties (third party cookies) to allow the operation of the site, to collect useful information about visitors and to provide you with the highest quality experience in using our site.

The way of collecting the consent is as easy as withdrawing it, the visitors being able to manage their cookie preferences by accessing the dedicated platform within the site.
When you submit a request through our website, the personal data we request from you consists of your name, telephone number and e-mail address. We do not share this data with third parties; access to these can have, in view of its role, only the technical service that deals with the construction / maintenance / optimization of the site, but only in conditions of guaranteeing confidentiality.
In order to comply with the principle of minimization established by GDPR, we prefer that you provide us with as little personal data as possible, as long as you can provide us, for example, contact details from the organizational environment of origin. We will also never ask you for personal data that is irrelevant to the subject of our possible collaboration.
We use this information to respond to your request, including the provision of information about our services.
Your request is registered and then processed, after which it remains stored, together with the data you provide us in this way, in the Cloud of the site for an indefinite period or until you expressly request its deletion. Until the date of removal of your data from our information system, we consider that you agree that we send you, from time to time, newsletters or other information about the services we offer.
We do NOT use the information you provide to make automated decisions that could affect you.
We keep electronic emails from requests for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for five years, after which we delete them. CRM records are kept for three years from the last contact with you.
The printed e-mails are kept in the commercial file of the concluded collaboration, until the expiration of the legal archiving requirement or, in case of litigation, until the completion of the actions before the court, in case this document is constituted as evidence in that file.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, as well as the IP address of the visitor and the number of user agents in the browser to help us detect spam.
An anonymous row (also called a hash), created from your email addresses, can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here. Once the comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public next to your comment.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This way we can automatically recognize and approve all subsequent comments instead of keeping them in a queue for moderation.
