We all know how important it is to prepare for the future! All the more so in the current volatile and uncertain environment, where the field of social assistance finds itself at a crossroad where huge opportunities meet astouning challenges.
Demographic and social trends, the share of the aging population plus the increase in economic inequality increase the demand for social assistance services, especially for the most vulnerable, whether they are children, single mothers, the elderly or migrants.
Funded by the Erasmus + program and coordinated by CONCORDIA (RO) Humanitarian Organization together with partners from 4 countries – National College of Social Workers (RO), Fachhochschule Vorarlberg Gmbh (AT), SOSU Østjylland (DK), Instituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali – I.F.O.A. (IT), the FOCUS project uses foresight discipline and tools to investigate the future of social professions and the skills needed by professionals in the perspective of 2030.
