Force majeure

The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party, within 5 (five) days, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences.

Prin facilitarea acestui mentorat intergenerațional și intercultural, DUO for a JOB intenţionează să contribuie la asigurarea unui  acces egal pe piața muncii.

Mai exact, este vorba de instrumente pentru evaluarea nevoilor și resurselor comunității, identificarea stakeholderilor de la nivel social, educațional și al sănătății, implicarea părților interesate, planificarea acțiunilor, strângere de fonduri, consolidarea leadershipului, îmbunătățirea competențelor culturale, planificarea unei evaluări, etc.

Proiectul a demonstrat că astfel de abordări centrate pe utilizator pot avea un impact major asupra modului în care profesioniștii se raportează la sănătate și asistența socială ca sisteme holistice, ce trebuie integrate.

Un curs conceput la Universitatea din Helsinki, Finlanda, oferă deținuților noţiuni introductive despre  programare. Desfășurat inițial în mai 2019 într-o singură închisoare, cursul a fost extins  la finalul  anului 2019 în închisori din mai multe districte din Finlanda. A course designed at the University of Helsinki, Finland, provides inmates with introductory insights into programming. Originally held in May 2019 in a single prison, the course was extended to the end of 2019 in prisons in several districts in Finland. For example Feeding America launched in sept 2019 a public service advertisement aimed at giving hunger a face. With the use of artificial intelligence, images of 1,000 people who had visited food banks across the country were merged and turned into a unique, “average” AI face representing the broad variety of persons facing hunger. But there is more than AI that social workers need to get familiar with.
